Leviticus is open by appointment for services.

If you have general questions, call or text the shop during business hours. Phone calls and texts are more efficient in regards to appointment availability, scheduling process, and general questions. We don’t always get to e-mail as quickly as we would like.

To book a piercing appointment for 18+, you may book online or call the shop during business hours. A deposit will be required for all appointments.

For minors 12+ You may book online but please read carefully when booking as additional documentation is needed for minor appointments.

To Begin the consultation process for a tattoo, fill out a consultation form and we will respond within 1-3 weeks. We are unable to schedule any tattoo appointment without this consultation form.

please be patient in our reply. We have one person fielding emails for 12 artists and a finite amount of hours for each artist. for time sensitve questions, call the shop during business hours.
